I've had an accident. What do I do? chevron

Notify OpenRoad of the accident by using the File A Claim link found in our website navigation menu under the Contact dropdown. Don’t have your login credentials or policy ID available? That’s ok, you’ll also see an option to file a quick claim. You can also contact us by phone at 1-866-952-7622. The OpenRoad Accident Checklist can help you stay safe after an accident while also ensuring you have everything you need to file a claim. You can find it in our main site navigation under the Resources dropdown.

Where can I get my ID cards? chevron

Insurance ID cards are easily accessible in your Client Portal. Just click the login button on the top of your screen and follow the prompts to gain access. Not yet registered? No worries, once you click login you’ll see an option to register as a new user.

How do I submit for roadside reimbursement? chevron

Click File A Claim in our website navigation menu found under the Contact dropdown and follow the prompts. There you can log into your Client Portal to submit for reimbursement and enjoy faster processing. Not yet registered? No worries, once you click File A Clam you’ll see an option to register as a new user for our Client Portal. Don’t have your policy ID handy? No worries you’ll also see an option to file a quick claim.

How can I add a vehicle to my policy? chevron

Your Client Portal makes managing all aspects of your OpenRoad policy quick and easy, including adding a vehicle. Just click the login button on the top of your screen to gain access. Not yet registered? No worries, once you click login you’ll also see an option to register for our Client Portal as a new user.

Where can I change my billing address? chevron

Your Client Portal makes changing your billing address quick as easy. Just click the login button on the top of your screen to gain access. Not yet registered? No worries, once you click login you’ll also see an option to register for our Client Portal as a new user.

How can I add my car club for a member discount? chevron

Don’t see your car club listed on our available discounts page? Use the form on our Contact Us page and let us know you’d like to add your car club to our list of eligible clubs. We love supporting the auto enthusiast community.

When will coverage be available in my state? chevron
We know you're anxious, we are too! We are rolling out coverage across the U.S. as quickly as we can. We will be regularly updating our roll out schedule on our Coverage Areas page. You can find it under the Insurance tab on the main website navigation menu.  Want to be notified when coverage becomes available in your state?
